Coach used in transporting drivers

Question
I need some information. I have purchased a 40' Eagle coach and I am presently in the process of converting it to be used to transport drivers when they have been released from the hospital to a rehabilitation center near their hometown. Anticipated roll out is December, 1999.
When the coach is not in transit with drivers and their families, it will be taken to truck shows for demonstration and folks will be allowed to enter and view the operation on the grounds as an exhibitor registered with the show management.
When the coach is not in transit and not in truck shows, it will be taken to truck stops and opened for demonstration and drivers will be allowed to enter and view the operation.
Further they will have the opportunity to have their blood pressure checked and the results given to them on a sheet of paper for thier own personal use. It will not be recorded nor given to any company, law enforcement agency, or to anyone period other than the driver him/herself. On the paper certain guidelines will be explained and should their readings be over the accepted guidlelines, they will be encouraged to see their personal physcian.
What type of insurance will I need, and with what states etc will it need to be filed? Can the insurance company take care of the filing for me? I will want ample liability coverage for when transporting drivers and their families. We will be charging the carrier for the transportation.
Any ideas on the cost of the insurance?

You will be having a great deal of exposure due to the passengers. I recommend you contact your local insurance agent and explain the entire situation to them. Minimally you need Business Auto Liability, Physical Damage, Commercial General Liability with Special Events coverage and an Umbrella. Depending on the drivers, you may need Workers Compensation.
If you have any difficulty, feel free to give me a call.
