Do your homework. Shop around. Contact OOIDA and a couple other insurance agents. Ask questions and talk to other owner-operators. This will help you make an informed decision.

I have used other insurance providers in the past, but much prefer OOIDA. I particularly don't like buying insurance thru companies you are leased to.
