want to know what the cost is for hazardous cargo and how many trucks i can run under the same policy? will be transporting gasoline.

Not enough info to give you any idea. It all depends on previous insurance history, claims, experience in this type of hauling, drivers experience, MVR's, radius of operation, major cities, type of equipment, etc.
As for how many trucks you can insure...........as many as you pay for and that should be all that are owned and/or operating under your authority.
