Will a driver with a shiny new cdl and only 6 months experience OTR be able to secure a liability and cargo insurance policy for his own authority? What if this driver has had a regular drivers license for 11 years and no violations in the last 3 years? How far back does an insurance company check into someones MVR?

The majority of companies want a minimum of 2 years experience. O driver with 6 months, will be nearly impossible. Not saying that there isn't a company that will take him, but it will be a tough sell.
