I hope no one minds me posting my comments about the fantastic treatment, and advice Colli and I recieved while doing business with Connie and her crew of great people at Alexander Insurance.
After applying for authority I recieved an almost constant inflow of mail and phone calls from various insurance agencies along with other firms that do certain filings for trucking companies. I even called a few of the insurance agencies back in order to make a good informed decision as to what insurance agency to use for my coverage.
Some of those places the employees answering the phones were robot personalities that sounded like they could care less if I chose them or not. So I did not.
I taked with Connie both on here as well as on the phones. I also talked with the other ladies in her office. Every time I called I was treated very well by a happy sounding PERSON on the Other end.
Although some of the quotes from other agencies sounded like they would cost less money the coverage Alexander insurance found for Colli Star Stageline was better, and more importantly the people in her office I dealt with treated me very well every time we talked. That makes the difference in your business Connie. I do not want to do business with rude offices. So the choice was made.
Wednesday Colli and I drove up to Lake Havisu to meet with Connie in order to get the deal made quicker than could be done through the mail. The drive was nice from the Phoenix area.
Colli and I walked into the Alexander Insurance office at 1030 Thursday morning and were greeted with kindness by all in Connies office. For almost an hour we discussed not only what she does in business but also other things pertaining to our industry. After signing the papers and getting all the copies for my files Connie and her office took Colli and I to lunch at Chilis. We all talked and joked around a bit then after our very enjoyable lunch Colli and I headed back to Phoenix well insured.
Connie, I want to thank you for doing business the way you do. It's very refreshing to know that there is one place that I do business with that still knows being real is good business. Colli and I were very pleased to meet you and the staff of Alexander insurance. Thank you very much. Colli Star Stageline is looking forward to great future in business and our insuranced needs will be met by your office.

I echo your comments Phil. Could not have said it better myself.
I have been with Connie going on 5 years and on the occasions I needed info, Connie or one of her staff answered my questions and handled my problems in a efficient and knowledgeable manner.
Could not ask for a better agent!!
Of course being in AZ, her tan is probably a lot nicer that it was in WI !
