Initial Fleet question, connie?

Question
Connie,
Just wondering about insurance availability for my start-up. I currently have two drivers with mega experience, I Have one driver that has some experience but will be still considered a newby and two fresh greenhorns with zero experience and ill be headed to CDL school shortly. My question is how feasible to get initial insurance with my two experienced drivers, good clean MVR's and then add the remaining three over a period of 3 to 6 months. I will also b adding trucks with each additional driver?
Is this a wise approach, and what do you think about my newby drivers teaming with the experienced drivers for awhile, is there insurance that will cover this until they are considered experenced?
Thanks for any advice.

Answer
Getting insurance for experienced drivers with good MVR's is usually easy. To add an inexperienced driver would be next to impossible. The insurance companies' guidelines for driver experience is pretty tough.
I have one insurance company that will take inexperienced drivers, BUT there are some serious limitations as to what operations they will write.
