Question
I would like to personally thank Connie the insurance lady for all she has done for my company. Without Connie, I would no longer be in business.
I previously had my insurance with one of those larger companies who promise you the best rates and service, and everything else under the sun. But when the time comes you need them, the only place you can find them is with their hands in you wallet.
I just went through a living hell with this insurance company, they took my money each month, but what they did with the money is unknown. I spent thousand of dollars over 6 months and it got me nothing.
I found out how good they were when one of my customers called me and told me that I had no insurance. I called my agent, she knew nothing about it,
5 hours later she called me and said that I have no insurance, it was cancelled three days ago. But she didn't know why.
It took 3 days with my trucks sitting, before they told me they needed to re-write the policy, and would it would cost several thousand dollars to re-issue a new policy. I told them I would think about it, but in reality I had called Alexander Insurance to see if they could help me out.
I talked with Connie and her staff, they told me not to worry, they would take care of everything. Connie must have worked her hind off, because she was able to do everything she said she could do. She got me a lower rate than what I had, a much lower down payment, and the best financing plan available. She kept me informed of everything, she even called a couple of times just to chat and see how I was doing.
I was totally amazed that any one agency could do all their regular work, and also give my company the rush treatment I needed to get my trucks rolling. Connie promised me she would take care of everything, and she did.
I can honestly say, that if it were not for Connie and her staff, I would not be in business today. With the lost revenue from being shut down, and the huge premium the other company wanted, I would not have been able to pay it, and I would have been forced to close the doors. That's how much difference Alexander Insurance makes.
Once again, Thank you for everything you have done for us, you and your staff are the greatest.
