Thanks Connie for going above and beyond yesterday to make sure I was taken care of.
She had to spend a little extra time with me and sales on the phone yesterday, since the USPS and their so called overnight delivery took two days.
One good thing about doing business with people like Connie (Alexander) the Insurance lady is they understand customer service and being friendly.
