I just Want To Drive

Question
my question is where can i find an
insurance company willing to take a chance on me. i own a truck and have a good driver on it. what i want is to be able to drive the truck once in a while to the us and back. i haven't had my license for long and for that fact i cant get insurance for me to drive.they want me to get experience from some large fleet first or drive with another driver. that being said i cant afford to do that. i have a good job that pays
well and i cant afford to quit it and go on the road. but once in a while i would like to drive. is there a special insurance i can get or can you point in the right direction please. i never took a course to drive, i was just naturally able to driving. i am willing to get certified but my insurance company said it wouldn't help.as it stands now i am restricted to driving in my home province and carrying double the deductible for the next 3 years. im hoping i can get insurance from the USA since there are only 3 insurance companys in canada and they wont budge.one of the insurance companies is also a trucking company. one way to force drivers into thier fleet.own a 1999 420 Volvo and 1996 utility reefer. im begging for someone to come up with a solution to my problem......I JUST WANT TO DRIVE..........

Answer
But the same situation exists here, the insurance companies want you to have experience. The minimum is 2 years and some companies will require 3 years.

Please don't take this wrong, but the insurance companies are putting a lot of money on the line based on your abilities. An inexperienced driver has nothing to offer them, yet we want the insurance company to take the chance. The risk here is big. If places were reversed, or better yet, if your driver did not have the experience, would you let him drive for you.
If driving is what you want to do, you'll need to get the experience in order to get the insurance.
