Question
When taking a color test I have trouble seeing the numbers in the dots.I have never had any problems with traffic signals.Is there another test I might be able to take ?
Also somebody told me there was a waiver for this.Any help would be appreciated.

I posted a full response in the Pro Driver's forum.
If you can distinguish between red, green and amber, you can pass the DOT requirements.
