Hello Nurse Red,
I am scheduled to take my Physical on Monday and I haven't received my new glasses yet.
I must travel 200 miles and use the companies Doctor.So my question is what happens if I fail eye portion of test?
Is it posssible to re-test or is it all over?

take the new prescription and reciept with you and show them before the eye test then do what you can.
Might step a little closer before and memorise the chart

What should happen is this. You will take the physical and providing that you pass all but the eye exam, they should give you a copy of the long form. In the bottom right hand corner is an area to be filled out by an optometrist indicating you were examined by him and that your corrected vision is ______. That can then be mailed back to the company physician who should then issue your medical certification. (keep a copy of the form for your records before mailing it back.) That's how it SHOULD work.
