Doc says someone above was looking out for me.... Undetected lump was excised using x-ray to direct the surgeon to the suspicious target....so small was it that the few cancerous cells found in the middle of healthy tissue was too small to measure........
Doc says had I chosen needle or core biopsy ( which I do believe has its place), it could have been a false negative as the cells found might have been missed altogether..... I feel blessed and feel God gave me the wisdom in the choice as I had prayed about it.
A search for 'cancer' with diagnosis, treatment, on the internet can give one a lot of information, and it helps to be informed some before proceeding with medical treatment.... as you may be more objective in listening to the doctor's explanation of pros and cons and make the decision that is most right for you if you get caught up in these tough decisions.Rejoice in the LORD
