Question
I tried to PM Nurse Red, but the message didn't go. So, ....
The middle finger tip on my left hand has been numb, for a couple of months. I thought I mashed it, somehow. But, I don't remember doing that. I do remember tearing the finger nail, which may have torn the quick. Shouldn't it be all better, by now?
I am 52, and smoke, but my blood pressure has always been good. I'm a litte concerned that this may be an early indication of stroke or heart attack, or something.
Seperately, I seem to overheat in the summer, and my face turns very red. Is this something to be worried about?
Thanks,

Answer
Hi. Did you get hold of the nurse? About the numbness, if it isn't gone, you might get a blood glucose testing kit. If you have insurance, and are planning a trip to the doctor, have them do a test.
