Color blindness

Question
I am partial color blind , when I have the Ishihara eye test which is looking at a round picture full of different color dots I have a hard time seeing the number on some of the pages . I donot have a prooblem differing between reds , greens , or yellows or any road signs . Its just when they are bunched together that I sometimes have trouble seeing the hidden number in some of the pictures . Never failed an eye test , have 20/20 vision . So will I have a problem at my physical eye test when I go to orientation ? Need advice please .

Answer
I am colorblind, have driven for almost 15 years. I fail every color test at every DOT physical. I have red/green deficiency, which means I don't see anything past page three on the book type test. What most every physician has done is bring some things into the room, a green notebook, a red note pad and a blue pen. I get them right and the test is done.
