Question
Nurse Red, my doctor put me on Allegra(fexofenadine hci) and Nasacort AQ( triamcinolone acetonide) for my seasonal allergies. Was wondering if any of these could produce a false positive on a drug test and are they approved to use while driving. Will be looking for your responce.

Be very careful that none of the medications you take, (prescribed or over the counter) cause you to be drowsy or prevent you from getting restful sleep.Visit us at
Answer
Nurse Red, these meds don't make me sleepy or drowsezy. Fact is that I breath alot better and sleep better also. Was just wondering if I took a drug test would they come back showing a positive result. Should I list these meds before I take the test? Thanks

Answer
Dear Coolbreeze, My husband Fenner and I are reps for a company that markets high-tech electronic air purifiers that can be used in a vehicle or in your home. The Peak is the vehicle air purifier and plugs into your cigarette lighter and can also run on 110. I am an allergy, asthma and sinus sufferer. Since having our household air purifier for seven years, I take no meds (either prescription or over-the-counter) for these problems. The really great thing is that our company's motto is - "try it before you buy it". We simply give you a machine to try free of charge for at least one week. We can either send you literature or ship you a machine. If it works in your truck, you just might be able to discontinue using the prescription medication and not have to worry about listing this medication on any forms and not have the fear of it showing up in either a bood or urine sample to give you problems. You can contact us either via e-mail (aida31@juno.com) or by phone (304) 947-5675.
God bless,
Joann (Gemini Girl)
