Would you happen to know how fast Verapamil should work for high BP? I was denied a job yesterday for it and have a prescription now. Just need to get the BP under control and they will let me go back. Thanks for your help.

Not knowing how high your pressure is, or anything else about you, such as height, weight, general state of health, diet, etc. I can only guess.
I would say to give it at least 2 weeks for the full effect.
