Answer
I don't know Me. I take it often when driving. It gives me that little edge to fall asleep at all hours. no problems and I never feel groggy afterward. But some people have lower tolerances than me. My wife can take the same drug as I can and she will be out of it while I hardly feel a thing.
Personally I like it. I'm just not sure if it has any bad side effects with long term use.

Answer
Taking ANY medications, prescription or over the counter, while driving, operating machinary, etc. Medications effect different people different ways. Even some of the "non-drowsy" stuff will knock some people on thier butts.
I will always be a mutter trucker at heart.
