If you KNOW any of the answers, feel free to chime in. I don't know them, thats why I'm asking.
1. Who has the legal authority to compel you to submit a urine sample for drug screening. Employers I know about, how about the police?? DOT and scale personel?? DMV??
2. Who makes sure that the "random" drug tests that a carrier issues are really "random"??? I know the ones at my company sure don't seem very "random" to me. There are things you can do that will ASSURE a "random" (no, not a probable cause, a RANDOM) test.
3. What assurances can the drug testing industry give us that the samples will not be altered, tampered with or just flat out lied about in order to keep a big carrier account???
