Question
I'm starting a truck driver's training class in a couple weeks, and know that I'll need to take a drug screen test. Will any of the following prescribed medications show up on the test, or disqualify me from obtaining employment?
Zoloft
Wellbutrin-SR
Singulair
The first two medications are treatment for depression, and the last is for allergies.

will not show on the drug screen...BUT......
When it is time for your physical, the examining physician may require further documentation from YOUR Dr. about your condition and whether the meds will affect your ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle.
You might ask your physician to provide you with that info ahead of time and keep copies of it. It will save time during your physical.
