Question
My husband just called me and told me he thinks he has pink eye. Is there anything I can tell him to do or pick up to ease the itching? He will be home late tomorrow night, then we are supossed to be going on vacation Saturday morning and I don't want him going away miserable. Or is there a clinic that he can go to on Saturday morning? Any info will help! Thanks Bobbie

If your hubby will be in Md. on Sat. morning. Our clinic is open from 9AM to 1PM.
We are located at the T/A Truck Stop in Jessup. I-95 South from Baltimore, Exit 41-A. Second floor of the HOTEL building. We have the medications right there in the office.
Pink Eye is highly contagious. It can easily spread from one eye to the other and to other people. It should be treated as soon as possible.
Good hand washing after ANY contact with the infected eye is extremely important to prevent the spread of the infection to the other eye or other persons.
Unfortunately, there is no over the counter remedy for it. Using eye drops such as Visine may make it feel a little better for a short time but also increases the risk of contamination and spreading the infection. I do not advise anything other than medical treatment from a physician.

Ok thank you! I will get him there before we leave on saturday! We go to the truck stop in Jessup all the time so it won't be a problem getting him there. What time is the clinic open till today just incase he gets in early today? Thanks for your time!

We are open until 10 PM on week nights. Try to be here before 9:30 though. Of course,for emergencies, we are available by pager 24/7 at 410- 291-8407.
We also have Sunday hours from 5PM to 9PM
