nurse Red, or anybody educated with information on the DOT regulation on epilepsy. I have just been diagnosct with complex partial. cannot drive 4-wheeler for 6 months. to my understanding my otr days are over just need some valid input most of my info has come from truckstop lawyers and we know how valid that can be. Thanks and I appreciate any helpful info I can get.

You must not have a diagnosis of epilepsy.
You may have had an isolated seizure or two in the past, but must have a Drs. statement that you have been medication and seizure free for 10 years in order to be reistated.
