Question
I was diagnosed with C.O.P.D (emphysema). I am also being treated for depression due to the emphysema. Is there a possibility I could drive for any company?

You have not given much info about the severity of the COPD or the medications you are currently being treated with. Therefore, I don't know if you will qualify medically. What I would suggest though. is giving it a try. If you don't qulaify for interstate, you may qualify Intrastate which would keep you closer to home.
