I watn off of social security, and make big truck-driving do

Question
I drove truck in my twenties over a six-year period for 12 different co.'s, and now have the trucking bug again after being on social security
for bi-polar dis-order, which means I get excited after a good cup of coffee and I get depressed when I get a log-book ticket.
Question is, I know I can find any doctor to sign me off for my D.O.T. physical, but is there going to be any cumulative after-effects of social security calling my employer, thereby damaging my credibility to drive, or any other problems you can foresee that I may need to know now? Should I post this in the legal forum?
My bi-polar dis-order is manageable now with a medication called risperdol, and it does not affect or enhance my ability to drive. I could even concievably do without it, although I like the results it gives me without giving me side-effects.
Any answers to this will be appreciated.
