Question
I don't know if this can be answered here or not but I'll give it a shot anyway. I can't seem to get any straight answers out of the doctors. Every time I ask a question they want to do more tests and tell me we'll have to wait for the results.
I seem to have developed multiple problems. In addition to the back, neck and shoulder injuries I have been complaining about right along, I appear to have some sort of blockage to my blood flow. Cholestoral levels are fine and the doc dosn't think that has anything to do with it. He thinks it is possible it is related to the injury somehow but is going to do a Adenosine Stress test next week. I have been told to remain quite sedentary until they can do the tests.
At the same time it appears my kidnys are leaking and causing some severe problems. I am also showing signs of developing diabetes, and while I have been put on Glipizide for the symptoms, there has not yet been any tests for it, though that is also coming up next week.
Here is the big question. Is there any way this could all somehow be related, and if so, how?

Answer
Well, I switched doctors and finnally got some answers.
My new doc thinks I injured my kidneys in the accident, creating the leakage, which in turn not only caused the stones, but the begginnings of diabetes as well.
He believes the blockage to the heart was also caused by the injury. This has caused to increased heart rate. I had a lot of testing done and will be seeing the heart doc on Wednesday to talk about the results. He believes he will be able to make a good determination of the cause at that time.
These guys say they are willing to stand behind thier diagnoses, even before a judge. It's about time I found someone with the stones to do what's right!
