Hello All,
Well it has been a while since the last time i updated my weight lose surgery proggress.
It will be one full year june 31st,2001.
I have lost a total of 140 pounds and im now a whopping 320lbs. from 460lbs give or take a few pounds.
I had a 60 inch waist and now im down to a 46 inch waist. i also was a 6 to 7xxx large shirt down to a 1xxx shirt, also my sugar levels are down from 500 to 600 daily down to any where between 70 to 130 daily. BIG DIFFERENCE.
I feel the best i have ever felt since i was 18 years old, now im an old 40, just joking a young 40
well its not just a thought now that i will be able to reach my life long goal to be back to 250lbs again , thats only 70lbs away and its a goal that will be reachable.
its a life long fight to eat and think healthy because i have to do my part and eat and take vitamins and drink water every day and thank god every day i feel like living life again.

I have an Uncle who has lost 0ver 150 ponds in the last 2 yrs. He feels much better and has about another 100 to go..
He didn't have the surgery, he is doing weight watchers..
Keep on taking the vitamins and good luck with the other 70 pounds..

Wow, that's fantastic! I bet that it has also done wonders for your self image also.....not to mention your health!
I know several women and a few men who have had these surgeries done and it's just amazing! Which type of surgery did you actually have? I must have missed your initial posting.
