I don't know if this is a legal question or where to start so I'll start here.
Last year my husband was in an accident in his truck and is no longer with that company and they have not paid a couple of medical bills still, even after we have mailed them, called them also. What else can we do?

Did you just talk to whomerver answered the phone? You need to speak with the person who handles worker's comp insurance. What have they said in response? Did they pay ANY of the bills?
Do you have the name of the work. comp insurance carrier or a claim number?
You may also place call to the work. comp. commission in your state and theirs.

Ohio has an excellent W/C in your state. Was all your bills paid by your company or did you get any letters from the insurance carrier? I would imagine they would of turned it into work comp. Check it out. I imagine there are also legal experts in this field if you keep getting stonewalled
