i need information, i use to be a company driver, now i drive my own truck, my medical card expire, were can i go to get a check up for my medical card.. and i wear glasses, got it last year, well they give me my eye test with my glasses on.. thank-you..

Also check under the heading of drug testing. Most places that do the drug testing will also do DOT physicals.
