Cooking Wine

Question
I use cooking wine in some of the dishes I cook. 90 % of the wine is about 12 % alcohol. 1 to 1.5 ozs is used in these dishes. I am 6-2 300 lbs. Will this wine in the food affect me if I am asked to test for BAC? Your help in this matter is appreciated. Thank You.

The serious question is, why do you use some rot-gut 'cooking' wine? The only thing different about cooking wine is that it tastes too bad to drink. Cook with wine you like to drink...

I cook with wine myself....Sometimes I even put it in the food!
