Here is some more info folks;
I went to The Medicine Program after seeing it on a local news station (www.themedicineprogram.com)
There tel. # is (573)996-7300
P.O. Box 520,Doniphan,Mo 63935-0520
They have a small fee for each med you request a form for.
To by-pass this either go to your medication suppliers web site and see if they have a program or see you physician.
I got assistance from Merck Co.,Bristo-Meyers,and Zeneca. Hope this helps someone.

I think this is the kind of info that should be shouted from the rafters!!!!!
What a great resource for the population here at the Roundtable. So many of our drivers and their families are encountering financial hardships associated with the ever changing trucking industry. Combine that with minimal health insurance benefits, (if any at all) and you can go bankrupt just filling one month's worth of one medication!
I strongly suggest that anyone on regular medications and limited financial resources check this site out.
The $5 application fee is refundable if you are turned down by all of the available programs for elegibility. There is nothing to lose but a little time.
I would like all of you who try this program to come back here and post your opinion (good, bad or indifferent).
Thanks Bullmoose, for this link and info.
