My home puter caught a virus, so I can only respond from the office computer, Sorry for the slow response.
There is no DQ list other than those that are derivatives of the 5 controlled substances tested for during DOT drug testing. Which are: THC (Marijuana), Cocaine, PCP, Opiates and Amphetamines.
There are some meds that will cause some companies to not hire you. That is because of the requirements of insurance companies. But they must have a written policy stating so.
The ADA (American's with Disabilities)just yanked up JB Hunt for refusing to hire drivers who were on some meds and they won, so we may soon see some changes in that respect.
So, you see, there is no correct answer to your question.
If your Dr. has prescribed these meds, have them write a statement indicating that they are aware of the job responsibilities of a Commercial Motor Vehicle Operator and that in their opinion, the meds will not affect your ability to safely perform those job responsibilities. Hope this helps.
