Answer
What the freaking regs say! Go see what your Dr. says! That can be anything from an impending stroke, heart attack, or as simple as nerve impingement. GET IT CHECKED OUT!
Sorry if I sound bossy, but that needs to be evaluated asap!

Answer
I have already been to the dotor and he says I have a pinched nerve. I should have been more specific. My arm goes numb and is very painful at times. Does this disqualify one from driving?

Answer
If you have been to the DR already, sounds like you have damaged a disk. If the pain has been for some time now you need to see a specialist to correct the problem as well as take some time off to heal.
The pain will not go away without much needed rest. You risk doing permament damage! Take care of yourself!
I tell you this from experience, 15 years ago I had a herniated disk. I now what you are feeling and I can not stress enough you need rest.
Again take care of yourself.

Answer
That extremities must be examined to determine if there are any limitations on strength or gripping ability. Depending on the amount of limitation, it may be a disqualifyer.
I agree with MeKidd, get this corrected asap. Why would you want to live with an arm that goes numb or becomes painful. Get it taken care of PLEASE!
