dear nurse red i was wondering why is it, when i laugh i get lightheaded, but i can run after my 10year old jump around with him , and i do not fill that way? what do you think it would me , i dont smoke

It may be something called vaso=vagal response. You give me no other info, so I haven't much to go off of. But it certainly sounds like something you need to share with your family physician. I would think it would require some follow up.
