Has anyone here done any work on programming their own checkout/management system using the PayPal checkout options, PERL and MySQL?

I haven't but I use oscommerce for my website. I think there are some ppl on the oscommerce forum that have been working on an application/add on that is an automated system for ebay. If you go to oscommerce.com and their forums you should be able to find the conversation there.
