I am in a pickle.... :) html help please

Question
I know the fix is easy... I just have been looking at it for so long that I can't see it.
I made a template.
The top portion of the header has to be a set 800 but it can go wider (just not narrower) so I have the tables set to make it do that.
now the center section has to follow this because the sides are framed. I have figured out how to make this work by sticking a clear gif at the beginning of the table section and making it wide enough to keep the sides expanded to 800px so they always match the top header.
now.
I have a footer that needs to do the same thing..... I can't figure out how to make it do it.
I tried a bunch of things (making a table inside the table with the copyright text in a set table with percentages on either side but it freaks up.
I know that there has to be a way to make this work... Just cause NOTHING is impossible... LOL
Sooooooooo anyone know?

Answer
Tanya, I can't help with your problem but I just wanted to tell you what a NICE template you've made. I love the colors and the simplicity of the design. YOU DONE GOOD.

Answer
Thank you Joan You're a sweetheart!
I wish I could figure out the fix for the bottom though. grrrr
I have tried everything and nothing seems to want to work.
I guess it's not a big deal.... as long as folks don't reduce the page it lines up fine.
I swear I hate being a perfectionist. LOL

Answer
LOL Jim you and me both!
I was sitting here thinking.. ok.. this can't be impossible to do so why in the sam heck is it not working...
I was about to chew the wire off my keyboard.
I had put that same exact code in there cause I knew that was the fix but I think I put it below the text line... weird.. wish I had saved that version so I could see what I did... it annoys me that I can't remember. lol
Anywhoooooooo thank you again! Tell Crystal to give you a big smooch!
