Please help with getting pics online

Question
Ok, here's the history. Life used to be easy.
DH and I shared a Dell computer that had Windows 98, and I used an FTP program to get both ebay and personal pics online. I could go to my index site and see what I had.
For example, if I did this right and anyone cares to see DH's last project or pics of the pups they are at:
http://www.trinex.net/users/lantana/
The problem is that 'puter crashed and burned and now we have a new one with Windows XP installed, and my litle old understandable FTP program is history.
So how the heck do I access this???
Is there a way through Netscape 7.1 (Composer) to do this (or through Windows XP for that matter)? And if so, HOW? Or do I need to find another FTP program? I'm not looking to do web pages at this point, just to get individual pics on and off.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Answer
Have a look at www.photobucket.com
Would that work for you?

Answer
An FTP program would probably be easier, but I have used internet explorer to upload pictures and files.
In the address bar, type in ftp: //yourhostingsite (no space between the : and the //) and a box should pop up for you to enter your user name and password-should be whatever you used to use with the FTP program.
You'll get to you space and can just cut and paste your pictures and/or files right to the space.

Answer
Thanks, Nancam, that site looks promising, and I may very well end up using it.
The thing is my local ISP (trinex.net) provides web space that I already have pics on and I would like to be able to access them.
I don't want to spend money on a new program if I already have something that will do the job and I'm just too blonde to know it. I just can't seem to figure out how to do it with Netscape or XP. Or if anyone knows of a decent free FTP progam that would help.

Thanks Boystuition, I'm not too familar with IE (I'm a Netscape user) but I know I've got the icon for it and I'm going to go play with it right now.
Thanks again!

Answer
Aaaaarrrrggghhh!!!!!!
I give up (at least for tonight). The IE screen is the same XP screen I've been playing with all day. They all keep telling me "Access Denied"!
I'll play with it tomorrow.

Answer
Sorry you didn't have any luck with IE.

Answer
Take a look at Fast Photos. It is sooooo easy and you can edit your photos in it, too. There was a discussion about this a few months ago--that's when I went with them. I'll see if I can find the old thread.

Answer
Here it is. HTH!

Answer
Here's an online ftp service that I use occasionally...
Once you get it set up it's a breeze to use...
(It's free, at least one version is...)

I got all the settings I needed from my isp's website help pages...
