Question
I've finally put together a Forum Charter. Many thanks to all who posted or PMed their suggestions. You'll see some of your words in there.
Let me know if you have a suggestion for improvement, if I left something out, or if there's something I need to change.
I'll be experimenting with a Links list next. Once I get the format down, I'll open a thread asking for things to be added to the list.

haha I was like what is that little radar dish icon?) Can it be kept up top like that, or at least in a sticky thread, like the Forum Charter? I really like the layout/format of it - all in one "post" - I was really wondering how you were going to do it and not have threads sink or have to go fishing around for "gee I know I saw a link for that tool here SOMEwhere"
So if we have a link to a tool or program/etc,
we PM or post it to you for approval/relevance & addition to the page?

The resource links can be kept up there. I think I like it better than a sticky thread. It's out of the way a bit, but still there when you look for it.
Right now I'm fishing through past threads trying to gather all the links. I don't know what I'll do with things that have tons of links. I don't want pages and pages of stuff...just the best ones. Like a top five or top ten. I'm thinking maybe a way to vote on favorites or something?
I'm not worrying about that until later, when it gets cumbersome.
I'm also thinking about links with popups or spyware. For instance, webmonkey is a great html resource, but there's so many popups and spyware there now that I won't recommend it to people. Should I leave stuff like that out, or just warn people not to go unless they're protected? hmmmmm.......
But for now, PM or post your links here and I'll add them.
If you want to add different categories or split the ones there, just let me know.
