I see PSA on all of them...
Did notice a couple of things that may be causing you problems... The google code you are using is not correct for framed fages... When you create your code on google, you have to select 'code will be used on framed page'.
Here's the details from google:
Select the 'Framed page' checkbox if you will be placing your ad layout code on a page that uses frames. Selecting this option will tell our crawlers to gather content from the appropriate frame, thereby enabling us to serve relevant ads.
You didn't do this. If you had, the google code would be different: I think it would have added "google_page_url = document.location;" to the code.
Also, your 'fire' page doesn't have a < body start tag.
