What kind of an error message is this? I've used this website often (doityourself.com)and don't understand this. Did they not pay? Get too many hits? Some kind of glitch?

The Max Hits comments makes it seem as if their bandwidth is limited and they've surpassed it.

Just a stab in the dark as I got to the site just now, perhaps they exceeded their bandwidth allowance for the month.

I got there - just couldn't do anything after I did, such as search. So it seemed funny - kind of like they wanted to make sure you saw the error message as opposed to not being able to reach the site itself with a 404 error or something?
