we can get it to come up in our office computers, all our staff can from their pc's at home, but we've received calls from customers who are getting "page cannot be displayed" errors.
what's that all about?

Check the DNS settings on your server. Ask your hosting company about DNS propogation.

i opened a support ticket, we'll see what they kick back.
im using the dns settings that i was told to use, which is the same for 20 different sites i run.
