Looks to be an interesting set of layout ideas, but there's nothing there to help actually put the designs into action. No creatives or help in actually designing the site beyond the bare outlines shown. Still useful though... as an idea generator. Basically its just a sketchbook of various designs...

With a lot of designs that should never be put into use for a commercial / business type site.
For a real good start on a site check out Open Source Web Design at oswd.org. Lots of ideas there and you can download and use the designs for free (some designs require a link back to designer's site) or use them as a starting point for your own design. Most of the site's code is well commented to help you to adapt them to your needs.
