Question
I have been selling on ebay for many years, and feel it is time to get my own thing going along with that account.
I want to send my paying ebay customers a link to my own store/website. Like after they pay for an item, I would then like them to visit my store for more goodies.
My question is when is this acceptable by ebay's standards and terms? I know they would like to cut you completely down at any chance they can get, and I am smart enough not to ask this question over at that place.
I kind of think that once they pay, I am the one who made the sale, and I can do what I wish with the customer's contact info I have gained. Ebay is just the venue (or so they once said), I am the seller and person who must deliver, and with that delivery and also in an email, I am going to include my website address, and product infomation. Does ebay get upset when you email a link that says "see more like that one"
I know that if you make that monster mad, there's no telling what they might do.

Hi and to here. I included a invite in all my Ebay emails and also a link to my website. There are several other things you can do to take advantage of Ebay searchers. First put a link to your website on your Ebay "me" page. In your ads you can have a link to your website but it has to be done correctly. Here's an example. I sell Indian pottery for our local tribe. So I set up a page on their website with nothing but info on how the pottery is made. I add a link to that page for more info on how pottery is made. There is nothing for sale on that page but there are links on the nav bar that they can click on and purchase pottery. This is called the "2 click" rule.
Oh you need to add your website link to your sig line here it will help your website.

they wills hut you down if you have built a good business link your customers to your own estore away form ebay get your email list and email them the link but make sure ebay does not know about it here is a link where you can open a estore for free

selling items digitaly on ebay can be very profitable and it also is the easyest way to increase the ammount of feedback that you have on your account, all you need is a group of ebooks that sell well and killer descriptions to get an aditional 3- 10 extra feedback a day- i also sell a 1`cent ebook that is marketed directly to people who need more feedback its mostly people with one to ten feedback that buy it
