Question
Ive been experiencing slow emails over the course of 2 days now. PAYMENT rcvd emails from paypal are comming to my inbasket anywhewre from 15-36 hours AFTER the payment has been made into my paypal account
Im using hotmail.....
Anybody know of any issues ?

Hi ,
HOTMAIL is overused and clogged.
to many people use it as a freebie .
I would strongly advise you to get a not so well known free email account provider .
or try POP3 with mobile phone providers
