Question
Here is my question and a few others may have the same so lets talk about it.
can you have multiple related keyword phrases on the same webpage or should you have a new page for each?
example: on this little kweword tracker I get.
http://inventory.overture.com/d/sear...ry/suggestion/
silk scarf 5330
Hand painted silk scarf 199
Womens silk scarf 367
Hand dyed silk scarf 0
I have optimized this page for "hand dyed silk scarf"
http://experimentalcraftworks.com/st...arves-c-4.html
Here is my question, can I optimise "this" page for "hand painted silk scarves" and "womens silk scarf" as well my adding relivent text and links or should I just optimize another page?
P.S. I'm dying a new batch very soon so what colors do ya all want???
Answer
I usually limit mine to 2 keyword phrases per page. In your case since the keywords are so closely related I think you can go for all of them on one page. With what I know about Google you should get pretty fast and good results with 3 of the 4. Silk scarf is going to be a toughy because it returns 3.8 million results. I'm guessing maybe 9-12 months to get first page results if you optimize correctly and get some good TEXT (read silk scarf links) links to that page.
