What are they and how do you learn about them?
How do they relate to websites?
Is it easy to learn and what skill level is needed?

I've not heard this term before. I do have several javascript codes in my website that feed dynamic content that changes daily - one changes weekly. I'm not sure if this is what you are referring to or not.
In my case, I got the codes from third-party websites. I didn't have to do any programming or create the feeds myself.
