I just found this nifty online tool (a download-able/payable version is also available) for pre-calculating your PayPal fees to receive/send funds.

Perhaps this tool may be helpful - I hope so.
I'm NOT affiliated with this site/tool developer. I was just looking to calculate how much a seller was willing to lose a sale for.
