I can get the two buttons that say RECALCULATE and GO TO PAYMENTS but I cannot seem to find where to insert the one to direct the buyer back to my website for more shopping.
Can you tell me where that is in set-up?

I'm assuming that you have to have a link back to your website in your "buy it now" button code for the continue shopping button to show.
Here's an example:
