What are the rules about copying an AP or local newspaper's story on a website?
If you give credit to both the paper and the reporter is it OK?
For example:
From the TreeTop News 5/20/05.

Or do you still have to ask permission no matter what?

What I see most often, with copyrighted stories, is a link to the story. That may be the safest way to do it.
