Ok, how did they do that?

Question
Please see this auction.
I'm specifically asking about the huge TOS graphics, the "no waiting" and other stuff. It doesn't appear to be pics, but rather part of the HTML.
Hope this isn't really a simple answer, lol

Answer
Sorry it is simple answer. They are gif files. Act just like pictures.

Answer
That's pretty cool.
The text in the images match the text in the auction.
The images have a very small color palette and they are all lines, so the maker can squeeze the size down. None of the graphics are over 3K, so they load almost instantly.
Kinda fools you into thinking they are part of the text.
The whole format is clean and simple. Doesn't fill the craving for eye candy, but it does a great job of presenting the details.
Smart seller. You can get all the facts on the first look-through. The seller did a good job of using that 10-second window that the average browser gives each listing.

Answer
Another interesting finding, Yeager said, is that nearly half of all visitors to an auction spend 10 seconds or less looking at that listing.... From here: http://auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y05/m01/i17/s02
