Question
So there I was surfing the net and came upon a item that looked familiar, looked closer and said that looks identical to the one I have. Upon closer observation I noticed it was my photo, looking even closer low and behold it was my description also. How could this be? So I contunied looking around this shop and what do you think I found? Yep, over 300 of my photos and descriptions, ah did I have another shop that I had forgotten about? No, this was a item and photo thief! Now what to do, I said. So I emailed the owner of the mall that this low life dealer has a shop on, placed a complaint and awaited a reply.
I waited all day and my emails were never returned.
The shop in question is Cherished Hearts Treasures and Gifts http://www.tias.com/stores/chtgifts/
Not only have they stolen my photos and descriptions, but if a customer is searching for a certain item and comes across their listing on the search engine they will go to this shop on Tias, if they don't see what they want they are now on Tias. So will probably look around Tias and shop. So now not only have I lost a customer to this shop, but have lost a customer to Tias. I have nothing against anybody on Tias making a sale, but not at my expense.
I would advise you guys to go and check if any of your stuff is listed there also.
Emailed the shop owners and told them I wanted the photos etc. off there by tomorrow.

What do you think will happen?
How is it that this person can have the same collectible stuff? Are they planning to buy the items from you and resell them?
Answer
Report them to buySafe also. (Bolding mine below.)
This store is designated as a Bonded Seller and it has passed the comprehensive buySAFE Business Inspection which verifies its reputation, identity, online sales experience, and financial stability. Buy with confidence. The buySAFE Seal on this store’s listings indicates that buySAFE and Liberty Mutual stand behind this store and its transactions are guaranteed up to $25,000.
Are you a member of AuctionBytes? If so, go to the TIAS section of their board and tell the story.
Did you email TIAS?
Customer complaints regarding purchases or merchant conduct are subject to review by TIAS.com. Merchants who are found to be in violation of mall rules will have their Web site shut down and will be barred from conducting further business through the mall. For assistance contact mall support.

I am so sorry that someone did this to you right at the beginning of selling season.
ETA: Got another brilliant idea. Go to all 300 of your items and click on "Buy Now" and offer to send them a check. That will take their stuff out of commission for a few days. Gosh, I can be evil.

After I posted who the shop was and that it was on Tias, I got email from Sue (Tias)that they would take care of it. Emailed the shop and told them I wanted the stuff gone by the morning. This morning all the items pulled. Claim they were helping me sell the stuff. Right "The Sales Fairy" has landed. Problem is now there 300+ links from search engines going to Tias front page. Got get that taken care of next.

I can't BELIEVE that TIAS didn't do more about this... I'm VERY disappointed in TIAS management that they let the shop remain open after such an obscene violation of trust was committed by one of their vendors.
I had really thought better of TIAS than this... making them take the items down is simply not enough. After all, how long would this have gone on if they weren't CAUGHT???
Answer
Hey, Joe!
SO sorry that this happened.
And yes, I'd be ticked at Tias, too.

WARNING: USE WITH EXTREME CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Answer
I'm sorry, Joe.
That only works for pages in YOUR website.
You can't remove (or have Google remove) pages from another site.
((But TIAS should be able to! )
Answer
Your right, only the owner of the site can have them removed, guess we will see if they do it. I don't mind helping dealers sell, but had enough getting my links ranked higher in the search engines and getting customers. Don't need to help a bigger operation by having potential customers going there looking for my items. Seems a lot of dealers are watching to see what happens. Time will tell, gotta wait for a Google bot run and then an update.
