amazon account just closed

Hi , i am just wondering if anyone has experienced what i have just had from amazon.
I have sold around 150 items on amazon and i have 3 negative feedback. 1 of them was a malicious feedback , 1 was from someone that i refunded and the other was for an item i didnt have in stock anymore.
I also recieved an A-Z today but i provided online tracing which clearly showed the item was delivered and signed for by the person.
I have just recieved thsi email from amazon
We are writing to inform you that we have closed your Amazon.co.uk Marketplace account due to the negative feedback you have received. Please dispatch all the orders for which you have received confirmation emails.
If you still have items to dispatch, please take appropriate steps to resolve your pending sales. Your Seller Account will remain accessible and you are encouraged to refund or dispatch pending orders.
Your funds are on temporary hold for 90 days from the date your account was closed. After 90 days, the funds will be disbursed minus any chargebacks or A-to-z Guarantee claims received against your sales.
While we appreciate your interest, please understand that the closure of an account is a permanent action. Any subsequent accounts that are opened will be closed as well. Thank you for your understanding of our decision.
Please note that we take such action in the interest of our community as a whole.

Has anyone else had this? did you get your account back?
I find it disgracefull that they are threatening to hold my funds for 90 days , i have over £700 in my amazon account and with christmas coming up the money is needed.
Can anyone help

Are you sure that was a legitimate email from Amazon?
It sounds suspiciously like a phishing email...

No i checked , all my listings have been ended and my funds are held and cannot be transferred to my bank account.
cant belive they have done this

and i just tried to list something and it says i need to be payments enabled

From what I've read on the Amazon message baords once you've been sent the letter you are out, they do not let you back in. You can try to talk to them and at least see what their reasons are but they are stubborn on it. Go to the Amazon board and post there, they will give you the information you need to contact Amazon.

Gosh, I've seen sellers with worse fb profiles than that still selling on Amazon.
Well, there's always half.com, although they don't have recent releases in their catalog, so I don't think a lot of stuff from 2006 will be able to be listed.
